H.E Raila Odinga and Ida Odinga earlier on Friday travelled to South Africa to attend the funeral of one of the greatest democracy authors in Africa after independence, Winnie Mandela.
Odinga is also expected to travel to Canada to pay a courtesy call to his marooned general Dr Miguna Miguna who is still in his Canadian home awaiting a Kenyan passport to return to Kenya amid court orders and Matiangi ‘saga’.
In an exclusive social media message seen by exposeke.com, a close aide to Raila Odinga, the sworn in people’s president, says that Odinga may travel back to Kenya accompanied by Miguna Miguna. It is still not clear whether he has been issued with a Kenyan passport or if he will have one upon arrival as earlier promised by interior CS Fred Matiangi.
Miguna has been having a cat and rat life with Kenyan authorities and immigration department since he led the swearing in of Raila Odinga as the people’s president.
